Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Poor audio quality in the source file (excessive noise, muffled speech, etc.)
- Heavy accents or dialects that affect transcription accuracy
- Technical jargon or specialized terminology
- Multiple overlapping speakers
- Change of mind after successful transcription delivery
- Delays in processing during high-demand periods
Refund Process

- Your transaction ID or email used for the purchase
- Date and time of the transaction
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots or examples

Our support team will review your request within 2 business days. We may ask for additional information to better understand the issue.
Step 3: Resolution
If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
