  • Major portions of clear audio not transcribed

3. Billing Errors

  • Unauthorized charges

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Poor audio quality in the source file (excessive noise, muffled speech, etc.)
  • Heavy accents or dialects that affect transcription accuracy
  • Technical jargon or specialized terminology
  • Multiple overlapping speakers
  • Change of mind after successful transcription delivery
  • Delays in processing during high-demand periods

Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Support

Email us at support@transcriptions.app within 7 days of your transaction. Include:

  • Your transaction ID or email used for the purchase
  • Date and time of the transaction
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or examples

Step 2: Review Process

Our support team will review your request within 2 business days. We may ask for additional information to better understand the issue.

Step 3: Resolution

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Partial Refunds
